This is how the Milton Insiders program handles your information as a partner: what we collect to run your account, storefront, and payouts, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.
01Who This Covers
This policy explains how Riithink Digital Marketing ("we," "us"), operating the Milton Insiders program on behalf of Milton Industries, Inc. ("Milton"), handles personal information on this website and in the partner dashboard where Insiders manage their accounts and storefronts.
It does not cover shoppers buying on an Insider's storefront: shopper checkout runs through Milton's commerce platform, and each storefront publishes its own shopper-facing privacy and policy pages. It also does not cover other companies' sites we may link to.
02What We Collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider), plus profile details you add.
- Storefront content. The branding, logo, copy, product selections, and settings you create for your storefronts, including custom domains you connect.
- Earnings and order data. Orders attributed to your storefronts (order identifiers, amounts, and status), the commissions computed from them, and your payout history.
- Payout and tax details. Your PayPal address or bank account details, and the tax forms we are required to collect (such as IRS Form W-9). Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest.
- Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and the cookies described below.
03How We Use It
- Operating the program: running your account and storefronts, attributing orders, computing commissions, and paying you.
- Meeting legal obligations: tax reporting and withholding, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.
- Communicating with you about your account, payouts, and changes to the program or its terms.
- Protecting the program: preventing fraud, abuse, and attribution manipulation, and enforcing our terms.
- Improving the platform, using aggregate usage information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models without your separate consent.
05Security & Retention
Access to partner data is restricted by row-level security in our database, bank account numbers are encrypted at rest with a separately stored key, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately about any suspected unauthorized access.
We keep your information while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above: commission, payout, and tax records are kept for the periods tax and accounting law requires, and audit records of payouts are retained to document that they happened.
06Your Choices & Rights
- You can view and update your profile and payout details in the dashboard.
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data (we must keep what tax and accounting law requires).
- You can opt out of non-essential email; account and payout notices are part of running the program.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including to know, correct, or delete data and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor those rights on request.
To exercise any of these, contact us using Section 9. We will verify the request against your account email.
08Children
The program is for adults: you must be at least 18 to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
09Changes & Contact
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify you by email or in the dashboard if the change is material.
